A changing team and organisation

In between projects we have also been working on a big change in our organisation: implementing Holacracy. It’s a new organisation system  in which authority and decision-making are distributed. There are roles instead of functions and self-management as the standard. And this is not all that is changing in our team. After 6 years we are saying goodbye to Michiel Huisman, our Director in charge of finances and business development. He will continue his entrepreneurial drive elsewhere, but luckily he will stay part of our Board. Merel van der Woude, our Creative Director, has also entered the Board. We’re excited to sail on this new wind of change.
