WAR CHILD ELEARNING
2009 - ongoing, Columbia, Sierra Leone, Afghanistan and the Middle East
An e-learning environment for War Child youth training programs.

Together with the War Child methodology department Butterfly Works redesigned both, the look and feel of the program called I Deal, Big DEAL and the training of facilitators. Furthermore, we developed an eLearning environment, restructured and edited the training texts and, in cooperation with illustrator Robert Bouwman, developed a series of illustrations to visualise the activities. This revision intended to enhance the quality of the training materials and the implementation by new trainers and facilitators. All this with the aim of reaching more young people in post conflict zones and helping them to regain control and joy in their lives.
This is work in progress, through a series of brainstorms we have envisaged a full series of learning products we can develop together to reach more young people.
