Time to reflect and imagine the future.

Both the Design and the Learn and Inspire teams took time off this summer to reflect on their work practice and future plans. We looked at our strengths and weaknesses, each persons future vision for both the team and their personal trajectory. We named the strong points of each member of the team and the roles we would like to see added to the team. We need more programmers and designers.
It was really good to reflect with each other like this, it created a lot of shared vision and understanding, a good working basis. We'll do it again. The days took place at Bakkum, by Castricum with views of the sea.
