CRAFTING PEACE BACK FROM MAISON & OBJET

The past week the Crafting Peace with Boumi collection has been exhibited in Paris at the lifestyle fair Maison et Objet.
Though the building of the stand was a bit chaotic and stressful, nothing could prepare the Crafting Peace team for what would follow. From the very first day, the bird shaped cushions were flying. They attracted buyers from all over the world from California, Italy, South Korea, to Finland, Japan, Switzerland, France and The Netherlands.
The Crafting Peace with Boumi collection was also selected for a month long exhibit in Galeries Lafayette, a large department store in Paris. This exhibition will start in February.
We are so happy that the idea of sharing a different perspective of Afghanistan is being picked up by so many people. We can't wait to start our production in Kabul. Butterfly Works and Boumi would like to thank CBI for their support and this wonderful opportunity.
